We offer delivery services to your event location for all rentals. However, we do not offer customer pickup options at this time.
Do you offer setup and take down services?
Yes, we provide both setup and takedown services to ensure your event runs smoothly and stress-free.
What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor event?
If it rains on the day of your outdoor event, we offer flexible options. You can choose to reschedule for a later date, or if rescheduling isn’t possible, we also provide refunds.
Is a deposit required to reserve items?
At the moment, we do not require a deposit to reserve items for your event.
Is a Generator included?
